Service Description

This is a 4-week mini course has a focus on establishing healthy boundaries in your relationships. This course includes 1) 60 minute zoom call per week, and multiple homework assignments to help you process through what you are learning. In these classes, I discuss growing up with addict parents, emotional incest and breaking free from it as an adult, people pleasing, and setting boundaries in relationships and with family. I want you to be able to be free and to find your voice in your relationships. It can be so challenging and scary to begin the process of establishing healthy boundaries in your relationships, but you are worth it. You matter too!
